This is a Lunde Studios 9 N Scale Lunde Studios Kit. The handsome and elegant Ashbury Hotel has a set-back entry with wide steps leading to windowed doors. All front Walls are brick and stone, cast in stone color, so only the easier brick areas need painting. Rear walls are cast in authentic common brick color. Gray-black roofs have cast-in details. Machining of all parts creates smooth, flat back surfaces, clean 45 degree angles and virtually no flash (you might have to blow a thin bit away here and there.) Tab and slot locators appear where appropriate. Separate, pre-colored windows and doors, clear window glazing and text instructions with photos are included.
